How long will it take you to make my order?
Since we are a family run business and I am taking 20 college credits on top of maintaining a part-time job, it will typically take me 2-4 weeks to complete your order unless you order a pre-made product.
June-August there is a faster turn around time since I am not in school.
I work fast and hard to get orders done in a timely manner. I do ask that you are patient and allow at least 2 week processing time. Some orders will be done sooner than 2 weeks depending upon the size of your order, if you requested certain fabric, and/or how many orders I have in front of yours. I will contact you or let you know when ordering if it will take longer than 3 weeks.
Can you order fabric specifically for me?
Absolutely! I am happy to order in fabrics from Fabric.com, Joann, and Hancock Fabrics. I will also personally go pick up fabrics from Joanns or Hobby Lobby.
I charge the price of the fabric plus an additional $2 for gas unless it is ordered via internet.
Can I send you fabric I already have?
Of course! Please contact me ([email protected]) to discuss pricing which will depend on if you have all the fabric for the item or just some of it.
How do I order item(s) for a rescue(s)?
The item(s) order will be sent directly to the rescue of your choosing. You will receive 25% off your purchase including free shipping.
What methods of payment do you accept?
I accept paypal, money orders, or personal checks. If cash is the easiest for you, we can make an accommodation.
*Payment must be received before order is shipped. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, items must be received back before a refund or re-order is completed.
Can you make an item I can't find on your site?
It is possible. Please contact me about your desired product and pricing and I will try my best to fulfill your wishes.
How do I care for my products?
I recommend cleaning up poos and other debris daily; wash your liners every 3-5 days depending on the size of the condo and how many four-legged friends there are per condo. If your four-legged friend uses a litter box quite well a liner could last about a week/week and a half.
Follow these 5 steps to wash all products:
1. Machine wash liners on normal setting – Temperature is your preference.
2. Wash with a fragrance-free detergent that does not contain fabric softener.
3. A small amount of vinegar (1/4c - 1/2c) can be added to the rinse cycle to reduce odor
4. Dry normal
5. Do not use dryer sheets. Fragrance can use irritation and allergies, also causes urine to pool on the liner.
